She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Healing Arts Practitioner trained in Somatic Experiencing, Biofield Tuning, and The Safe and Sound Protocol. Her approach draws from most cutting-edge perspectives such as Interpersonal Neurobiology, Sensorimotor Therapy, Bodymind Centering, Embodied Recovery, and Biofield Tuning. Her somatic and sonic sound journeys are a unique blend of science and spirituality that offer individuals transformational experiences through explorations of consciousness, embodiment, and mindful relational attunement. Paula uses sound and somatics as her primary portals of personal and spiritual exploration.

She is the co-developer of an outpatient eating disorders treatment center in Hawaii with pioneer Dr. Anita Johnston and is the co-creator of The Embodied Recovery Institute with Rachel Lewis. Paula's work is featured in publications highlighting the powerful effects of sound using The Safe and Sound Protocol. She is the lead author of the Unyte-ILS, SE-SSP guidelines and is a contributing writer for the book, Trauma-Informed Approaches for Eating Disorders. Paula is also known for bringing cutting-edge perspectives on embodiment into the eating disorders treatment field through her presentations and contributions at institutions such as Duke University.

Her current work highlights her own life-long journey to conscious embodiment and invites us to return to practical earth-based wisdom and ancient teachings from the great wisdom traditions.

Leslie Rhyne is a seasoned practitioner of body-mind therapies and spiritual guide, who has spent well over a decade facilitating and activating deep transformations in the lives of thousands of individuals. Most known for her gentle yet transformative way of working with and through the body energetically; she shares her healing process with an unwavering commitment to guide others to a deeper experience of embodied consciousness with grace and compassion.

Her work draws from her training in Polarity Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Internal Family Systems, and two decades of immersion in the practice of yoga and spiritual wisdom traditions. She offers sessions focused on instilling a greater felt sense of safety, nurturing, and love, through focusing on sensations of slowness, softness, and warmth to create containers that facilitate the bodies self-healing process and integrate the experiences in our lives, consciously and unconsciously, that felt cut off from a sense of safety or love.
