Embodied: Step Into You Podcast

A space to reclaim, restore, and remember who you are...in and through the body.

*** LAUNCHING THIS SUMMER ***

A long awaited podcast that bridges the gap between modern science and ancient wisdom. We offer you universal wisdom and cutting-edge perspectives on the mind-body-soul connection. Inspiring conversations that bring together the worlds of psychology, somatics, yoga, the science of sound, the healing arts, and more.

Paula Scatoloni and Leslie Rhyne share insights and perspectives about the emerging paradigms on awakening, embodiment, and soulful living. As teachers, mentors, and guides, Leslie and Paula facilitate deep and transformational healing for individuals and groups who are ready to break free from their limitations and engage in the deeper internal work of self-love, intimacy, and human connection.

We chat with each other and interview guests who are also at the leading edge in the fields of somatics, the healing arts, movement, psychology, and sound. At heart, we want to help individuals to live a more embodied and heart-led existence. This means reconnecting people to their vitality, creativity, and freedom through the healing of the mental, emotional, physical, and energetic body. We will talk about the subtle and not so subtle shifts we see happening in the world today and interweave ancient wisdom and modern science to support the consciousness revolution that is currently taking place in the world.
