This work asks for a deep commitment to yourself, to your healing, and to your soul’s evolution that usually takes time to unfold. As with any other birth, it can take up to 9 months for the stages of change to integrate into a new form.

I recommend choosing a time frame that honors your readiness with a minimum commitment of 6 for the full benefit of the program, which you can engage in for as long as it is helpful.

As your frequency begins to shift, you’ll notice the subtle magic of the universe moving with you as it brings more embodiment, clarity, insight, and new opportunities for growth. This is a journey of surrendering to the unknown and allowing your life to unfold from a place of resonance and truth.

The Membership Circle is a supportive ongoing container designed for those who are open to a group experience and initiation into their fuller potential. Enter into our monthly membership portal through the Attune Foundations Class (2 month closed group using the SSP) once you have completed it, or join our membership for 6-9 month through Resonate/Harmonic, if you have already started your journey of inner exploration of the mind, body, and soul on your own.

Resonate offers you a 2-3 healing experiences per-month, plus the guest teacher event on Thursday evenings. Feel free to attend on a Monday or a Friday. Harmonics allows you to have full access to either group, attending weekly on either Friday or Monday. In addition, the last Friday of the month serves as a Q&A session for leaders, facilitators, or guides.

Participants can enter at any time and have access to all of our online course material and recorded teaching sessions. Guest faculty also support you in the Friday daytime class on occasion in addition to the Thursday evening 1x-month class. The sessions will continue to support your initiation into full embodiment and integration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The groups are co-ed and serve as a living ecosystem for soul alignment and higher purpose living.

Teachers, Guides, and those stepping into leadership roles will have 1x Q&A each month in addition to the other classes.

We are an academy for psycho-spiritual growth and embodied transformation. From the historical context that addresses the loss of the Great Mother throughout time; to the practical guidance rooted in somatics, psychology, and sound; to the guided practices that support ancestral connection and healing; to the ancient pathways of sound, drum, voice, and story, you’ll be led by Paula and her faculty using tools to support release, restoration, and embodied expansion into your intuition and full expression of the soul.

This membership weaves cellular-level healing with embodied practices, breath, and movement, voice, and bioenergetics, promoting whole-brain integration and deeper soul-alignment.

Gene Keys, Evolutionary Astrology, & The Akashic
Our space provides supportive guidance in these areas, whether through sound journeys, reflection practices, or intuitive readings/healings by trained facilitators, to help you integrate the teachings into your path of embodied awakening.

Frequency Attunements
Access guided energetic transmissions from the wisdom circle guides to support ongoing nervous system regulation, energetic coherence, and daily integration.

Mentorship & Community Support
This space offers a rhythm of weekly live sessions (up to 2x per week) and peer connection where you can be seen, share your process, and be supported by a vibrant community of healers, artists, change agents, and guides, all walking the path of trauma healing, soul-alignment, and service.

We will play music off of a computer, if you have access to a phone, you can also use your phone to play the music. When using the Rest and Restore on your own, you will need a good headset, phone, and access to a computer app that Paula will provide you with through Unyte-ILS.
