Book Resources

The journey to conscious embodiment is often not a quick or direct route. It requires us to be courageous and patient, to arrive with curiosity and self- compassion, and to bear witness to the larger picture that goes beyond our personal experience of being human into the collective experience. The healing process may also involve a shifting of identities, roles, life-style, relationships, or behaviors.

Fortunately, there are many avenues to this process. I offer a range of resources for learning more about the intersection of the neurobiology of trauma, somatics, energy medicine, and indigenous healing practices. I have included some of my favorite books that speak to the process of healing from our disembodiment and how we can begin to shift our thoughts, feelings, and perceptions toward living a more embodied life.
