Jodi Silverman, LCSW, is a holistic psychotherapist, Reiki Master teacher, and an integrative trauma specialist exploring the intersection of nervous system science and spiritual healing.
She works with individuals healing from betrayal, emotional abuse, and relational trauma using a blend of Reiki-Assisted Psychotherapy, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), and HeartMath for nervous system regulation.
