10: Yoga of Sound: Exploring Embodied Healing with Jenna Little
Welcome to episode 10 of Transformative Harmonics with your host, Paula Scatoloni, LCSW, SEP. In this episode, Paula is joined by somatic therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, sound healer, and registered dietician, Jenna Little. Together, they explore how sound can invite us into the body, open us to new levels of awareness, and serve as a powerful tool for healing and transformation.
Jenna shares her personal path into sound healing, beginning with yoga and moving into embodied recovery, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and her own evolving practice of sound journeying. She reflects on her experiences of meeting protective parts, building trust in her inner world, and discovering the power of voice as an instrument for healing.
Jenna was born and raised in eastern North Carolina and has lived in Raleigh since 2015 with her husband and 3 daughters. Jenna balances being a mom, business owner, and an entrepreneur in the healing and wellness industry. Jenna completed her Master of Arts in Counseling from Concordia University Irvine from the Townsend Institute specializing in learning the Townsend Character Model created by John Townsend. She is a LCMHC in North Carolina.
