Sensing the Field: Intelligence, Energy, and DNA with Jeilene Tracey

This class explores how the living field of intelligence around us continually communicates with our body and DNA, shaping perception, intuition, and awareness. We’ll look at the dynamic relationship between field and form - how information moves through subtle energy into the nervous system, cells, and genetic expression, and how the body responds in real time.

Through guided awareness practices, experiential sensing, and practical frameworks, you’ll learn how to consciously interact with the field to deepen intuitive knowing, refine perception, and strengthen your capacity to receive information beyond the mind. This class offers a grounded entry point into working with intelligence as a living, responsive presence - one you can engage with intentionally in daily life.
