At the heart of Transformative Harmonics® is the restoration of a harmonic relationship with the mind, body, and soul.
Many spiritual and psychological traditions recognize that every person carries polarities of duality within their psyche. Depth psychology, articulated by Carl Jung, describes these as the anima and animus or yin and yang, influence how we feel, perceive, and relate to the world.
When these inner forces become divided or unconscious, we often experience fragmentation within ourselves. Intuition can become separated from action, feeling from clarity, and we may begin seeking guidance outside ourselves.
We are no longer living from our true sovereignty.
Transformative Harmonics gently supports the restoration of this inner dialogue through our membership portal.
As a healing channel, Paula was guided to create a membership community and initiatory path for those who are seeking support through their spiritual growth and awakening.
Through weekly groups with Paula, members explore the seven expressions of divine wisdom moving through the human experience.
Sophia, often recognized as the embodiment of sacred wisdom, is not something outside of you, it is a living intelligence that moves through your body, your awareness, and your evolution. Each “archetype” represents a different way this wisdom reveals itself as you grow, heal, and remember who you are.
Rather than something you learn intellectually, these frequencies are something you experience and embody over time.
Paula’s featured faculty and school offer powerful healing experiences and practical tools to deepen your understanding of your inner harmonics. Through this membership you will increase somatic awareness, enhance intuitive development, and cultivate a living relationship between the receptive wisdom of the healed feminine and the grounded clarity of the healed masculine.
As these aspects begin to work in harmony, your Signature Frequency becomes more coherent. From this harmony, a natural sense of sovereignty begins to emerge, where guidance arises from within and life begins to align with the deeper intelligence of the body, heart, and soul.
In this way, Transformative Harmonics® becomes a portal for remembering our original wholeness as Divine creators.

Transformative Harmonics® is not a single course, but a living academy designed to support ongoing exploration, integration, and personal transformation.
Within the membership circle, participants are invited to engage with a wide range of courses and experiential sessions. Each offering provides a different doorway into healing, intuitive development, relational awareness, and embodied spiritual growth.
Members are free to explore the teachings that most resonate with their current stage of development, allowing the journey to unfold in a way that honors everyone’s unique rhythm and path.
Over time, these teachings weave together to support a deeper process of integration - helping participants refine their embodied awareness, strengthen their intuitive guidance, and cultivate greater harmony between body, mind, heart, and spirit.
In this way, the academy becomes not only a place of learning, but a field of transformation, where knowledge is lived, practiced, and integrated into daily life.
Classes & Explorations Within the Membership
Throughout the year, in addition to the weekly live courses with Paula, members have access to a variety of two-hour experiential classes designed to expand awareness, strengthen intuition, and support deep personal transformation.
You will also be introduced to guest teachers and guides who bring specialized wisdom to support different aspects of the journey.
Because this work unfolds through integration and embodied practice, we recommend a minimum six-month commitment to fully receive the benefits of the program.
Across many traditions, wisdom was never meant to be learned only through the mind. Intro Course
The Entry Point
Attune is the entry point into the Transformative Harmonics® journey.
Designed for those new to inner exploration, this two-month course introduces the core practices of sound journeying, somatics, and nervous system regulation.
By first quieting the nervous system, you learn to access expanded awareness in a grounded and embodied way - because awareness isn’t something you force, it’s something you remember.
If you are interested in the Embodied Wisdom Membership Portal but are new to the awakening journey, we recommend beginning with our Foundations Course.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Transformative Harmonics® Embodied Wisdom Membership Circle
This work asks for a deep commitment to yourself, to your healing, and to your soul’s evolution that usually takes time to unfold. As with any other birth, it can take up to 9 months for the stages of change to integrate into a new form.
I recommend choosing a time frame that honors your readiness with a minimum commitment of 6 for the full benefit of the program, which you can engage in for as long as it is helpful.
As your frequency begins to shift, you’ll notice the subtle magic of the universe moving with you as it brings more embodiment, clarity, insight, and new opportunities for growth. This is a journey of surrendering to the unknown and allowing your life to unfold from a place of resonance and truth.
The Membership Circle is a supportive ongoing container designed for those who are open to a group experience and initiation into their fuller potential. Enter into our monthly membership portal through the Attune Foundations Class (2 month closed group using the SSP) once you have completed it, or join our membership for 6-9 month through Resonate/Harmonic, if you have already started your journey of inner exploration of the mind, body, and soul on your own.
Resonate offers you a 2-3 healing experiences per-month, plus the guest teacher event on Thursday evenings. Feel free to attend on a Monday or a Friday. Harmonics allows you to have full access to either group, attending weekly on either Friday or Monday. In addition, the last Friday of the month serves as a Q&A session for leaders, facilitators, or guides.
Participants can enter at any time and have access to all of our online course material and recorded teaching sessions. Guest faculty also support you in the Friday daytime class on occasion in addition to the Thursday evening 1x-month class. The sessions will continue to support your initiation into full embodiment and integration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The groups are co-ed and serve as a living ecosystem for soul alignment and higher purpose living.
Teachers, Guides, and those stepping into leadership roles will have 1x Q&A each month in addition to the other classes.
An Integrated and Embodied Experience
We are an academy for psycho-spiritual growth and embodied transformation. From the historical context that addresses the loss of the Great Mother throughout time; to the practical guidance rooted in somatics, psychology, and sound; to the guided practices that support ancestral connection and healing; to the ancient pathways of sound, drum, voice, and story, you’ll be led by Paula and her faculty using tools to support release, restoration, and embodied expansion into your intuition and full expression of the soul.

This membership weaves cellular-level healing with embodied practices, breath, and movement, voice, and bioenergetics, promoting whole-brain integration and deeper soul-alignment.

Our space provides supportive guidance in these areas, whether through sound journeys, reflection practices, or intuitive readings/healings by trained facilitators, to help you integrate the teachings into your path of embodied awakening.

We will play music off of a computer, if you have access to a phone, you can also use your phone to play the music. When using the Rest and Restore on your own, you will need a good headset, phone, and access to a computer app that Paula will provide you with through Unyte-ILS.
