Embodied: A Yoga Sound Journey Experience

A blending of ancient wisdom and modern science

An exclusive event utilizing a blend of modern acoustics and yogic principles.

Join us for an advanced application of Polyvagal Theory, as we bridge sound, science, and somatics to support nervous system regulation and cultivate a felt sense of safety in the body. This experience is designed to help you access deeper states of self-love, connection, and authentic expression.

Engage remotely from the comfort of your own home.

With over 30 years of experience in the mind-body connection, we offer a culmination of therapeutic wisdom, somatic practices, sound healing, modern acoustics, and yoga in a unique synergy designed to shift the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body into states of coherence, flow, and inner harmony.

What this course includes:

  • Sonocea® Acoustic Technology created by Dr. Stephen Porges and Anthony Gorry
  • Somatic and sensation-based practices to deepen your connection to embodiment.
  • Practical tools and teachings for integrating the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
