Embodied: A Yoga Sound Journey Experience

A blending of ancient wisdom and modern science

An exclusive event using a blend of modern acoustics and yogic principles.

Join us for an advanced application of Polyvagal Theory as we bridge sound, science, and somatics to support regulation and build a felt sense of safety in the body. We will support you in accessing greater states of self-love, connection, and authentic expression.

Engage remotely in the comfort of your own home.

With other 30 years of experience in mind-body connection, we bring together a culmination of therapy wisdom, somatic practices, sound healing, modern acoustics, and yoga in a unique synergy designed to shift the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body into states of coherence, flow, and inner harmony.

What this course includes:

  • Exclusive access to Dr. Stephen Porges and Anthony Gorry, new Polyvagal music to support the dorsal system.
  • Somatic and sensation-based support to help you deepen into embodiment.
  • Practical tools and teachings about mind, body, heart, and spirit connection.

*Note*
This course offers deep healing states that can evoke emotional and physiological reactions. It is required that you feel some level of safety in the body and are not new to body oriented therapy. Participants must have a level of experience in traveling in and through the body to witness and engage with aspects of consciousness. It is recommended that you are comfortable participating and sharing in a group setting and that you have an interest in learning from others and being a part of a healing circle experience.
