Transformative Harmonicsâ„¢ Conscious Leadership Circles

A Transformative Program for Social, Global, and Community Change

"Alchemy is not merely an art of science to teach metallic transmutation so much as a true and solid science that teaches how to know the center of all things, which in the divine language is called the spirit of life."
– Jean-Pierre Fabre

About Conscious Leadership Circles

Transformative Harmonicsâ„¢ is a conscious community devoted to fostering personal, relational, and planetary wholeness. In a world marked by disconnection and disharmony, our programs aim to nurture deeper connections among all living beings while honoring the interdependence inherent in life. By doing so, we embrace and are inspired by the potential and gifts that every life form contributes to our shared existence.

Our members commit to living consciously and embracing the ongoing planetary shifts as a shared responsibility for one another and the Earth. This journey of awakening invites us into deeper alignment with the interconnected web of life.

Why Healing Circles?

Healing circles draw inspiration from ancient traditions, like the Kiva—a sacred, circular meeting space used for ceremonies. Modern Kivas accommodate up to 200 people, providing a communal environment for connection and reflection.

With over 30 years of experience leading groups in this way, I recognize the transformative power of community and that this is part of my gift at this time – to hold spaces for healing. As Thomas Hübl describes, a "relational ecosystem" is vital for individual and collective healing in these pivotal times as we create the conditions to be with all the material that has been held out of our awareness in our collective nervous system.

What We Offer

Transformative Harmonics™ circles are designed to catalyze personal healing, transformational growth, and the awakening of consciousness. Participants are guided through journeys that support them in embodying and expressing their unique gifts. The process emphasizes coherence—physically, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually—by dismantling fear-based patterns to make space for new, evolutionary ways of being.

Benefits of Conscious Leadership Circles:

  • Cultivate love, wisdom, and presence
  • Release patterned constraints and limiting behaviors
  • Experience wholeness, spaciousness, and new possibilities for the planet
  • Deepen a connection to embodied consciousness
  • Embody unconditional joy and connection
  • Expand perception and access creative inspiration for innovative leadership
  • Evolve toward a higher, more harmonious way of leading and living in communities and groups
