The Journey
This 4 day gathering is a return to ritual, ancestral healing and renewal, and liberation of the body.
With reverence, we call forth the sovereign parts of Self once hidden for survival. And through the medicine of sound, we sing to them.
Sound as Medicine:
Frequencies reach the places words cannot go - into the body’s knowing, the ancestral roots, and the unseen memory fields.
Embodied Archetypes:
By working with our universal patterns, we reconnect to the psyche’s deepest truths.
Physiological Renewal:
As sound and relational connection touches the nervous system, frozen impulses melt and our natural vitality resurfaces.

NOTE: This retreat is offered as part of the mentorship program for those who wish to travel with Paula and experience the community through an in-person immersion over the course of 4-5 days. The retreat is a culmination of the work Paula offers allowing for deep healing, connection, and integration of the principles of the program.

This is a substance-free event (no alcohol, vaping, or drugs) to ensure a safe, grounded healing environment.

Healing continues beyond the retreat. To support your transition back into daily life, we offer:
Two 1-hour online follow-up integration groups (included with your retreat tuition)
Optional ongoing community support to help you apply the shifts, insights, and practices from the retreat into your personal and professional life. Register for paid ongoing group support or 1:1 with retreat staff at the completion of the program. These sessions provide space for reflection, grounding, and guidance—ensuring that the changes you experience are not just temporary, but woven into your everyday way of being.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $300 deposit is required at registration and is non-refundable.
Refund Schedule
More than 4 months before retreat start date: 80% refund (20% held for admin/processing)
3 months before gathering: 50% refund
2 months before gathering: 25% refund
Less than 1 month before gathering: No refunds

In the case of a documented medical emergency, we may consider a flexible refund at our discretion.
If we must cancel the retreat, a full refund of tuition paid to Transformative Harmonics® will be issued.
We are not responsible for travel, lodging outside the retreat, or other personal expenses.
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes, illness, or emergencies.
