Authentic & Embodied Movement Practices
Music is a universal language.
World Music supports us in connecting through diversity and celebration of a wide-range of sounds and experiences.
Dance has been used as a method of healing for centuries. Dance supports us in self expression, emotional clearing, stress reduction, and deepening embodiment. Today, there are many forms of dance that we can engage that are sensory-based movement practices for our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health like Nia, yoga dance, etc.
“Where we stopped dancing, singing, being enchanted by stories, or finding comfort in silence is where we have experienced the loss of soul. Dancing, singing, storytelling, and silence are the four universal healing salves."

Upcoming Movement Workshops
I have been a dancer since I was 5 years old. It is my second language and I love to share it with others. Today, my workshops and movement classes are a fusion of World Music and creative movement experiences that will take you on a journey through the natural rhythms and expressions of the body.
Designed to reconnect you to your joy, creativity, and spontaneous expression, my embodied movement classes work with the body’s fluid systems and engage you with the developmental movements that support connection and receptivity. In these classes we celebrate inner and outer diversity through the universal language of sound and movement.
I am trained and have experience with methods such as Shake Your Soul, Journey Dance, Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms, Authentic Movement, and Soul Motion.
