I was born with the impulse to move. Even as a child, I couldn’t stand still if music was playing. The beat, the rhythm, the pulse - these were languages I spoke long before I had words to express how I felt.
Today, dance is a form of ceremony, meditation, and play. It offers a common thread between cultures and a path back to something ancient and sacred. Using acoustic or world music as my palette for my playlists, we dance in circle, just as our ancestors did for centuries. Together, we move emotion, we reclaim presence, we celebrate individuality, and we rediscover our shared humanity—one beat at a time.
