This space was created for visionaries, healers, seekers, and sensitive leaders, those of us who feel the call to live more authentically, to embody our wisdom, and to lead from the heart. Rooted in the very practices that supported my own process of embodied transformation, this membership offers you a sacred space to slow down, tune in, and realign. Through weekly energetic coherence-based transmissions, Iāll guide you back to your center, helping you reconnect with your intuition, essence, and truth, so you can align with your purpose and step into your role as a universal citizen.

Each month, guest faculty bring embodied wisdom and multidimensional guidance into the space. Resonate is the initiation of relationship and integration.
As your system stabilizes, you begin to feel how your heart coherence frequency moves in relation to others. This tier supports coherence across the emotional, somatic, and relational field, allowing your inner work to become lived and embodied as you come to understand your relationship and the importance of bringing the sacred feminine and masculine codes or archetypes together at this time.

This tier is for those who no longer hold their frequency privately, but transmit it, through presence, guidance, and lived integrity. Here, your frequency becomes medicine not only for yourself, but for those you engage with in your personal and professional life.
This tier is reserved for those who have spent 6 months or more on the awakening journey, accessing their heart-centered pathways, who are stepping into their role as guides, teachers, and community stewards.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Transformative HarmonicsĀ® Signature Frequency Membership Circle
This work asks for a deep commitment to yourself, to your healing, and to your soulās evolution that usually takes mor than one year.
I recommend choosing a time frame that honors your readiness with a minimum commitment of 6 months for the full benefit of the program but understand if you want to try our program for 2 months before investing more.
As your frequency begins to shift, youāll notice the subtle magic of the universe moving with you as it brings more embodiment, clarity, insight, and new opportunities for growth. This is a journey of surrendering to the unknown and allowing your life to unfold from a place of resonance and truth.
The Signature Frequency Membership is a supportive ongoing container designed for those who are open to a group experience and initiation into their fuller potential. It has been created as a next step if you have engaged in one of our group programs and found them beneficial or attended private sessions with Paula and would like to move into a group experience in a sacred community container. These sessions are not a closed group, so participants can enter at any time. The sessions will continue to support your initiation into full embodiment and integration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The groups are co-ed and serve as a living eco-system for soul alignment and higher purpose living.
Guides and teachers who have completed the immersion program will have access to 2 groups per month that are closed groups to support your continued exploration as a healer, leader and guide.

All session recordings will be posted in our online class on Thinkific.
Live meetings are held via Zoom, with links provided upon registration.

We will play music off of a computer and if you have access to a phone, you can also use your phone to play the music. When using the Rest and Restore on your own, you will need good headset, phone, and access to a computer app that Paula will provide you with through Unyte-ILS.
We recommend a minimum commitment of two months to allow time for integration and continuity of the work if you are just getting to know us. You may upgrade to a deep dive in our Immersion Program at any time as new cohorts are forming. You may upgrade your monthly membership after 2 months if you are interested in a more intensive experience. If you decide to cancel, we ask for one monthās notice.
