Meet Leslie Rhyne
Leslie is a seasoned-practitioner advancing the field through a synthesis of teachings and practices from somatics, neuroscience, bio-physiology, psychology, embodied movement, spirituality and sound to help clients heal relational trauma and the wounds of their inner child.
She became a student and teacher of yoga in 2004 which evolved into becoming a licensed massage and bodywork therapist (LMBT 10419) and then eventually a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Her most influential trainings include: Somatic Experiencing, Internal family Systems, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Timeless Wisdom and Spiritual Healing, as well as thousands of hours of Yogic philosophy and practices in each of the 8-limbs.
Most known for her gentle yet transformative way of working with relational trauma in and through the body, she is skilled in creating a relational container that invites the wisdom inherent in each person's system to lead the healing process. With grace and compassion, Leslie has an unwavering commitment to guide others into direct and personal experience of their own divine embodied consciousness and truth.
From a very young age, Leslie’s sincere desire and curiosity to understand suffering and how the emergence from suffering leads to a deeper well of kindness, wisdom, and generosity has been a guiding force in her life. Through the years of experience and trainings, Leslie has come to intimately understand the importance of holding relational space during sessions that is deeply attuned. This capacity to have space to feel ourselves and another simultaneously is an incredibly important medicine for the chronic stress and trauma we experience. Physical, mental, emotional, nor spiritual health are fixed states. Healing is a collective process and we must engage in it together, instead of continuing to face it alone.
