Acoustic Alchemy, Sound Healing Ceremony

This is a space of circle and ritual to gather each month in the community. It is a space of deep transformation and healing through the portals of Akashic wisdom (bioenergetics), sound, psychology, and somatics.

This space is designed to support our global efforts toward embodied attunement, relational harmony, and collective healing.

What is Acoustic Alchemy?

The ancient alchemist used sound and vibration as a medium of healing and transformation for the mind, body, and soul. In this program, we blend this ancient wisdom (akashic wisdom) with modern science to travel in and through the body to tend to our areas of stuckness, stagnation, and disharmony that stem from unprocessed emotions, unmet experiences, or energetic blocks.

    An alchemistic experience of sound and bioenergetics is offered to the group through modern acoustics.

    In the last session, we used songs that were intuitively curated for your sound journey experience. This session will use music by EMDR therapist, David Grand.

    What is Bilateral Music? Considered “EMDR music,” which is the same as bilateral music.

    “Biolateral” music, is a type of bilateral music developed by Dr. David Grand, an EMDR practitioner who developed a type of therapy known as brainspotting (BSP). Biolateral music is mixed in a way where the volume increases in the left ear and then decreases in volume before slowing increasing in volume in the right ear and then decreasing. In this way, the music gently rocks back and forth between the ears.
  • Debrief
    Opening the circle for group sharing about the experience if time allows.

Details:

48 hours before the session, participants will receive a song list and Zoom link for the session. In this session, I will send you a link to David’s music. Participants will need to have access to an iPhone or a method of playing music and a headset.

The Zoom room opens 10 minutes before the group. Please arrive on time.

Donations:

This program is donation-based. Portions of the proceeds will go towards a scholarship fund for those who want to take our mentorship program who have financial limitations or live in locations of the world that limit their opportunities for these types of programs.

Donations options include $25, $50, $75, other.

Requirements:

This program is open to our community members who have taken at least one Transformative Harmonics™ course.

Cancelation:

Required 48 notice if you would like a refund. Should you cancel in less than 48 hours there are no refunds.

My sound labs are here to support our growing community. This service does not involve a technique or tool and is not offered as a teaching class in terms of training providers in the use of sound healing. Rather, it is created as a space for community gathering and as an offering of psychoacoustic healing for those who attend.
