Rebirthing Ourselves
A Medicine Sound Journey for Trauma and Inner Child Healing
"For most of us, enlightenment isn't a sudden awakening, but a slow process of shining
the light of consciousness onto those rejected, forgotten, and denied places within."
— Toko-Pa Turner
Welcome to Rebirthing Ourselves
Rebirthing Ourselves is a somatic-psycho-spiritual journey of deep and transformative healing. This program provides access to over 30 years of expertise in psychology, somatics, sound, and spirituality. It includes somatic practices, psychological and spiritual inquiry, and guided meditations to help you activate your innate self-healing abilities.
What Is Sound Journeying?
For centuries, psychologists have used diverse methods to engage the subconscious, many of which are rooted in ancient traditions. Sound is one such method. By blending these time-honored practices with modern science, we can tap into our self-healing capacities, fostering harmony in our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
Who Are Our Students?
This program is designed for professionals and individuals passionate about personal growth and practices that incorporate the body, parts work, somatic tracking, and non-ordinary explorations of consciousness, spirituality, and deep emotional processing.
