Level 1 – Signature Frequency Initiation

Level 1 is a 2-month introductory journey for those ready to step into the path of embodied transformation and evolutionary leadership. This phase lays the foundation of the Transformative Harmonics® experience by integrating sound, somatics, psychology, and Source consciousness to begin the process of clearing trauma imprints, restoring energetic alignment, and activating your soul intelligence.

Whether you're exploring this work for personal growth or as part of your professional path, Level 1 offers a deeply supportive and multidimensional entry point into your Signature Frequency.

Level II: Deep Alignment & Evolutionary Leadership

Duration: 4 Month Immersion
Focus: Inner Expansion (ala carte)
Ideal For: Those who want to take a larger leap into inner transformation and growth to find their signature frequency.

Level 2 is a 4-month path for those who want to take a larger leap into inner transformation and growth to find their signature frequency.

Level 2 of Transformative Harmonics® is an advanced immersion that blends ritual, somatic wisdom, and a trauma-informed framework using sound to focus on ancestral healing and lineage imprints. It includes all of the Level 1 content and experiences, plus additional course material and energetic healing experiences. A continued exploration of our inner parts through the lens of masculine/feminine archetypes allows for deeper integration of past and present as you align with your soul-based identity. Integration of the Rest and Restore Program with intuitive channeling and healing offers additional support at the intersection of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic body. This program begins the introduction to understanding the ancestral and collective patterns expressed through the core wounds and relational strategies.

Level III: Integration & Leadership
Level 3 extends the experience into additional months with exposure to faculty who are leaders in sound, voice, vibrational healing, archetypes (Gene Keys), and more.

Duration: 12 or 6 Months
Focus: Full Immersion
Ideal For: Those ready for profound transformation, soul alignment, and heart-centered leadership as you step into your Signature Frequency.

This program offers two pathways depending on your starting point:

Throughout the year, you’ll work to dismantle old structures, repattern limiting imprints, and harmonize your soul’s mastery - clearing what prevents your true genius from coming forward. This level is for those ready to fully embody their frequency and lead from a space of resonance, truth, and integrated wholeness.

A message from Paula…

I bring 30 years of perspective as a psychotherapist and my own journey of the soul into this community space. I am here to affirm that trauma and relational wounds are not a life sentence, and pain can be embodied, metabolized, and healed, given the right environment, inner commitment, and level of relational coherence.

Many of us who have said yes to helping shift our frequency bring a message with us - one that speaks of freedom, liberation, and sovereignty from the larger vibration that surrounds us of fear, limitation, and victimization. Sustained healing is a matter of co-regulation, attunement, and understanding ourselves through the lens of frequency. We are like tuning forks, always broadcasting and impacting one another with our frequency. Each of us has a path, which I refer to as the soul’s journey, that shapes who we are and how we love ourselves and others. When we understand ourselves through the lens of the biofield, soul, spirit, and archetypes, new doors open, and we begin to discover the connections between our pain, our ancestors, and the broader collective.

This program combines elements of psychology, somatics, and spiritual renewal as you open to your deeper wisdom and intuition. Think of it as a deep dive into your DNA and energetic essence, your relationship with intimacy, and our soul’s purpose - to help you align with the frequencies of joy, compassion, love, and interconnectivity through the recalibration of the heart and mind. I am excited and honored to be a part of your journey. It brings me joy to create spaces or circles where our suffering can meet, and we can stand in the shared space of our struggles and see things from a wider lens. Each program adds another layer of healing and growth to your experience. Those interested in leading others and holding space for others in their own transformation and healing will benefit from a full year of the program to develop heart-brain coherence, open their gifts, and gain confidence in their own voice as a leader and healer. Once you are ready, our community is here to help you step into your new gifts through mentoring, promotion, and peer support. We understand that not all individuals can make that type of commitment, so we offer shorter options to support a wide range of growth needs.
 
If you have completed any version of Level 1 or 2 (SSP or RRP) with Paula in the past through her prior sound-based programs, you are eligible to start Level 3 in the upcoming cohort.

We use Zoom Remote Meetings. All meetings are set on Eastern Standard Time.

This program can be taken for personal healing or for professional enhancement. This program offers a wide-range of options for the therapeutic use of sound. In particular, it offers you an experience in the ancient practice of sound journeying. Sound journeying can be used for personal exploration or can be integrated into your current offerings. Individuals who are interested in leading circles or groups with sound may explore this option in the group or any other use of sound as a healing tool. Licensed providers who are already using sound (SSP, RRP, tuning forks, bowls, curated soundscapes) will gain a deeper understanding of the universal principles that govern sound and vibration (coherence, resonance, and entrainment). Providers trained in SSP-RRP will also experience a new way of understanding the SSP through the lens of attachment (Level 1 Only). Those who are interested in leading sound-based circles of any kind will receive mentoring as needed and have space for practicum experience as needed in our monthly meetings with the larger community to explore how to bring their own intuitive gifts forward.

Groups are held at different times to accommodate time zones. (choose one that works for you), When you apply, we will update you on the status of that section of the class.

We want this program to be accessible to all, so feel free to reach out if you need to extend your payments.

We will record the Q&A sessions, the Introduction and ritual at the start of the class, and the sound journey experiences. To respect the privacy of our participants, we do not record any group sharing. The energetic activations can be used if you miss an in-person class, but it is helpful to be in person to experience the full effects of the sound technology programs. We can not take responsibility for the program’s effects if you complete them on your own.

You will need a computer, an iPhone or Android, an over-the-ear headset, and a quiet, distraction-free space for the meetings. Ideally, a space to rest and engage in the sound journey experiences (floor, coach, or bed).

As a conduit of Source intelligence, Paula uses frequency and resonance during a sound healing experience. These energetic recalibrations unlock stuck patterns, open access to sacred intelligence, and foster healing in the body and biofield. Healing can include physical and emotional healing, ancestral renewal, karmic imprints, and collective recalibration.

These experiences can bring with them images, emotions, sensations, and new meaning as you come into a deeper connection to your own sacred intelligence and embodied wisdom.

We use the Thinkific Platform for our programs. You will receive access to the programs once you are enrolled. Inside the platform, you will see an online workbook that includes daily reading, journal prompts, somatic meditations, and recordings of the sound journeys.

The practicum is a space to practice with your peers and explore how you may want to guide others or use sound. It is a safe space for feedback and stepping into your role as a guide, healer, or intuitive.

Yes, we use Signal as a private portal for text communication, questions, and sharing resources.

Yes, the application includes a deposit of $300 to hold your spot in the course. Once the class is confirmed, we will set up your monthly payment plan.

Before the program starts, we offer the following options for a refund.
 
REFUND POLICY
Full tuition minus a $100 admin fee is refundable up to 8 weeks before the course start date.
50% of tuition minus $100 is refundable if cancellation occurs between 4 weeks before the start.
No refunds available within 30 days of the course start date.
You may put the money towards the next cohort if you need to leave the program unexpectedly due to illness, death, or emergency.
Once the program begins, we do not issue any type of refund.

As with all self-growth experiences, it is not uncommon for us to need one-on-one time during a time of big change. Options in our community include private sessions with Paula or one of her faculty who can be reached through the website. Sessions are billed at the normal rate. If you feel at any time that you need more support than what the group can offer, we are happy to hold your spot for the next cohort so you may take a break from the program.

Yes. As sound works at a cellular level, it is important that you drink water prior to, during, and after the meetings. It can also be helpful to spend time in nature right after we meet and set time aside for a salt bath in the week that follows.

We strongly encourage you to use a journal throughout your experience and to commit to listening to all the music (SSP, RRP, and others) for the full benefit of the program.

We reserve the right to acknowledge that all healing is self-healing, and as such, we can not make any firm promises as to what exactly will unfold for you in the program. We anticipate that you are coming into the program with a degree of consent and understanding about the role of somatics, sound, and bioenergetic healing, and that you are clear on the risks and benefits of working in the body. We will offer you a consent form to sign before starting the program.
