She’s a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist, an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant, and is a Somatic IFS Assistant Trainer for Susan McConnell, developer of Somatic IFS. She leads Somatic IFS and IFS for disordered eating workshops, trainings, retreats, and groups for professionals. She is committed to creating an inclusive, and empowering learning environment where participants can explore the transformative potential of IFS and Somatic IFS.
