This work asks for a deep commitment to yourself, to your healing, and to your soul’s evolution that usually takes time to unfold. As with any other birth, it can take months for the stages of change to integrate into a new form.

I recommend choosing a time frame that honors your readiness with a minimum commitment of 7 months minimum for the full benefit of the program, which you can engage in for as long as it is helpful.

As your frequency begins to shift, you’ll notice the subtle magic of the universe moving with you as it brings more embodiment, clarity, insight, and new opportunities for growth. This is a journey of surrendering to the unknown and allowing your life to unfold from a place of resonance and truth.

The Membership Portal is a supportive ongoing container designed for those who are open to a group experience and initiation into their fuller potential. Enter into our monthly membership portal through the Attune Foundations Class (2 month closed group using the SSP) once you have completed Foundations, you are invited into the next part of the membership experience.

These groups are designed for those who have already started the journey and are comfortable with inner exploration, groups, and vibrational healing. Resonate offers you sessions with Paula where she will channel the grandmothers and offer sound vibrational healing experiences every Monday, plus the Featured Faculty Event 2x month on Thursday evenings. Harmonize allows you to have full access to Monday activities, plus a weekly Friday group that is full of practical skills related to energy healing, intuition, connecting to guides, and channeling. All sessions are recorded if you are unable to meet them. However, attendance at one of the two are most helpful to build safety in the container.

Participants can enter the program at any time and have access to all of our online course material and recorded teaching sessions. Featured faculty are available for individual sessions with special rates for your first session with Paula, Shae, or Suzanne as part of your membership package. The sessions will continue to support your initiation into full embodiment and integration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

An Integrated and Embodied Experience
We are an academy for psycho-spiritual growth and embodied transformation. Our space provides supportive guidance in these areas, whether through sound journeys, reflection practices, or intuitive readings/healings by trained facilitators, to help you integrate the teachings into your path of embodied awakening.

We will play music off of a computer, if you have access to a phone, you can also use your phone to play the music. When using the Rest and Restore on your own, you will need a good headset, phone, and access to a computer app that Paula will provide you with through Unyte-ILS.
