A Short Course in Sound, Somatics & Expanded Awareness

Foundations is the entry point into the Transformative Harmonics® community. It is designed for individuals who are new to inner journeying through sound, somatics, parts work, and energy awareness.

We begin by quieting the nervous system so the body feels safe enough to explore consciousness from the inside out. From this place, expanded awareness is not something you force — it is something you remember.

This two-month immersion introduces the core practices of Transformative Harmonics® including sound journeying, somatic repair, nervous system regulation, and soul-centered inquiry. You will learn how to access expanded states of awareness in ways that are grounded, embodied, and sustainable.

Because:

Without regulation, expansion fragments.
With regulation, expansion integrates.

What We Explore

This program works at the intersection of:

  • Sound and psychoacoustics
  • Somatic psychology and developmental repair
  • Bioenergetics and the unified field
  • Ritual and sacred listening
  • Nervous system science, including the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
  • Inner journeying as a pathway to intuition and deeper awareness
