Paula has been holding circles and serving in teaching and mentoring roles since 1998. Her studies of the body and nervous system inform her integrative approach, weaving together the psychological, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of the human experience. She is the founder of the Transformative Harmonics Academy and host of the Transformative Harmonics Podcast.
