This group is for providers with a background in Somatic Experiencing, Energy Healing, Yoga, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Internal Family Systems, or Embodied Recovery or other body-based practices.

This unique peer-based support group is based on the Rebirthing Ourselves Mastercourse and Sound Lab to offer new perspectives and provider mentoring on using the SSP to support attachment, defense, and sensory processing in and through the body.

Topics can include:

Providers interested in using the Safe and Sound Protocol or sound healing as a practice will benefit from this group.

These groups are not case-specific due to the confidential nature of case material. They are teaching groups designed to help the provider to understand the nervous system, somatic therapy, sound healing, and other bottom-up concepts that are taught in programs such as Embodied Recovery, Somatic Experiencing, Interpersonal Neurobiology, DARE, TEB, and Energy Healing modalities.
