Anna K. Sanders

Anna K. Sanders, SEP, LMBT, (she/her)  was born and raised in Alaska. Meagan

I’m Meagan (she/her), the one behind the “admin desk”. My path crossed with Paula fall 2022 through Dr. Marian Miller when Paula expressed a need for support with the growth of her business. I try to help Paula with anything she throws at me, she pumps out so many ideas and we work together to make them happen!

I got into the field of mental health at 19 years old, but it wasn’t in my plans. I originally went to school to be a firefighter/EMT and had plans to go to paramedic school. I got a job at a psychiatric hospital in Florida, then went on to work with troubled youth in central Alaska in residential treatment. In 2020 virtual assisting was introduced to me, and now I am supporting mental health professionals from a distance and enjoying every bit of it!

I am a military wife of 13 years, have 2 boys, 2 cats and a dog. I very much enjoy the outdoors, but also love to be at home in comfortable clothes, in my free time I read, in the summertime I try to get out on my longboard, hike new trails, and dabble in pyrography to do something artistic. To be a part of this community is a blessing, and I am so excited to have this opportunity to support everyone in this process.
